A dispute may cost extra on Ethereum, where Kleros charges its own fee; on every other network a Vaultion reviewer handles disputes at no charge. Either way it is not part of this fee. It's paid in ETH, only if a dispute is raised, and only by the party that opens the dispute — never added to the deposit.
